Did you know we can store your items for delivery until after the 10th of December? Please choose this option at checkout. Don’t worry, your warranty won’t start until the 25th of December.

Gift cards can be redeemed at our showroom and online on our website funbikes.co.uk only(subject to website terms and conditions). They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference.

The Gift card is an electronic gift card, so we will email you the voucher with a unique code that has to be redeemed by entering it at the checkout stage.

We can add a short message in the Electronic Gift card please let us know this when you place you order.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £25 and have a maximum value of £1000.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months from the date of purchase, any remaining balance will be cancelled.

If any item purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price, there will be no refund.

If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will have to be spent in our showroom or our website funbikes.co.uk within the original expiry date.

Funbikes Ltd  reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.

1. Dispatch of Your Order

1.1 All goods are subject to availability.

1.2 Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. All delivery charges shown are for 2 to 4 day delivery of items in stock to U.K. mainland addresses only. If you require delivery to non-U.K. mainland address charges will vary depending upon the destination. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

1.3 We will try to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales.

1.4 For products listed on our Web Site outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given.

2. Delivery

2.1. You should check your order carefully when it is delivered to you. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you should notify us promptly. We use independent couriers in order to deliver goods to you a quickly and efficiently as possible. We need to hear from you as soon as possible if you believe that your order has been damaged in transit so that we can investigate the matter with our couriers.

2.2. Any product with free delivery will only include the free service within mainland England. And the items will be sent by economy service and can take up to 7 working days.

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.1. We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.

3.2. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please contact us within 14 working days after the date of delivery..

3.3. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, a full refund will be provided but we may pursue you for the reduction in value.
