Superior Cockpit and Controls
Starting with M2R Racing Fat Bars featuring a 4-inch rise, the riding position offers "full control" without compromise. The waterproof Start and Stop buttons closely resemble those found on Yamaha MX bikes and provide a premium feel. And for the throttle, the Nibbi quick action throttle is top-notch. However, the most striking feature might be the exquisitely crafted CNC clutch and brake levers, which are the best we've ever encountered. Not only are they fully adjustable for reach, but they also boast a bi-folding design, allowing movement both upwards and downwards. The quality of these levers is truly exceptional and needs to be experienced to be fully appreciated. Lastly, poly plastic hand guards have been installed. Sitting on this bike instantly gives you the sense that you’re on something special.
CNC Foot Pegs & CNC Gear Lever
The high-quality components extend to the meticulously designed CNC folding gear lever. But have you ever seen foot pegs like these before? Newly added to the M2R Racing catalogue, these CNC-crafted foot pegs are top-of-the-line, featuring replaceable teeth. When you're fully committed to off-road riding, these foot pegs will securely hold your MX boots in place, ensuring maximum grip and stability.
POWER BOMB Performance Exhaust
Another exciting addition to the M2R Racing catalogue are the new exhaust systems we've been developing. These exhausts are designed to sit closer to the frame, eliminating the need for a heat shield. The standout feature, however, is the inclusion of the "Power Bomb". Positioned at a key point in the system, the Power Bomb enhances performance by increasing the flow through the expansion and contraction of exhaust sonics, resulting in nearly a 10% flow increase. The outer chamber of the Power Bomb allows the air to expand, cool, and then ramp back up at a higher velocity. Additionally, it acts as a "pre-muffler", helping to reduce the bike's sound output by providing more surface area for the exhaust gases to absorb sound.
Cast Frame
Unlike most other pit and dirt bikes, the frame is cast rather than welded. Casting forms complete parts, while fusion welding bonds joints between parts. A cast frame offers greater strength with less flex, though it may have some cosmetic casting indentations. However, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks, making this the ideal choice for a high-end machine where performance is the top priority.
Wheels, Tyres and Brake Upgrades
When you compare these brake calipers to those on a standard pit bike, the difference is clear. These calipers are simply superior in both performance and feedback. Paired with 3mm vented discs, they provide all the stopping power you could need. The wheels feature super-strong satin black rims with stainless steel spokes, all laced to a satin black hub - another example of top-notch quality. The tyres are aggressively designed, offering exceptional grip for the most demanding riding conditions.
CNC Chain Guide & CNC Chain Adjusters
It’s the small details that really stand out. Take the M2R Racing CNC chain guide for example - typically a basic plastic component, but here it’s been upgraded to a high-quality CNC version. Then there are the M2R Racing CNC chain adjusters. Instead of being plain and unmarked, these adjusters feature 20 marker points, allowing for more precise chain alignment. The result is reduced chain drag, leading to less wear on both the chain and sprocket. Simply superb!
M2R Racing Gripper Seat
Those little strips of fabric across the top really help keep you planted. They don’t throw off your balance in the corners if you stay in the same spot. You can still move around, but it just requires a bit more effort.
Engine
M2R has partnered with Zongshen for the 125 model, featuring the best Honda clone 125cc engine known for its proven reliability and impressive power. To maintain the premium feel of a big bike, we've also added the always-convenient electric start.
M2R Racing Adjustable Shock
The M2R RS-R series is equipped with a premium upside-down shock absorber that features adjustable rebound and compression, allowing it to be tailored to each rider's weight. Additionally, note the two extra shock mount fixing holes. By using different configurations of these 4 mounts, the seat height can be adjusted by approximately 1 inch.
Optional DNM Upgrade
For riders seeking the ultimate in performance, we've teamed up with Taiwanese suspension experts DNM to offer an upgrade: a fully adjustable upside-down shock with a piggyback reservoir. It's not cheap, which is why we've made it an optional add-on, perfect for those serious about racing.
6 Litre Fuel Tank
Typically, pit bikes in the CRF50, CRF70, and CRF110 styles come with a 3.5-litre fuel tank. But with the RS-R series, we've gone big - equipping it with a massive 6-litre tank. That means we've just doubled your range and riding time!

Assembly
As standard, this model requires partial assembly. Approx. 60 minutes. Please see our example assembly videos for more information. This vehicle is shipped with transport oil only. An oil change must be completed before any use.
Warranty
Standard 30 Days Full Cover / 6 Month Manufacturing Defect Warranty (Excludes Consumable Items). Unless otherwise stated this product is not designed for Motocross, Mini or BMX tracks and such use will invalidate the warranty. Limitations – Any modification, use of noncertified accessories, water ingress, misuse or incorrect assembly, lack of or incorrect maintenance, incorrect parts installation, or collision damage, will invalidate the warranty. Commercial use is prohibited.
Advice
A mechanically able person will be required to carry out the assembly and long-term maintenance of this product. Maintenance will be required to service the engine and fit parts to this product as usage requires. Please consider these requirements before purchasing the item. We do offer a FREE support line where our mechanics will diagnose problems and help you source any required parts, but you will be required to fit those parts and assist in the diagnosis.

1. Dispatch of Your Order
1.1 All goods are subject to availability.
1.2 Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. All delivery charges are shown for items in stock to U.K. mainland addresses only. If you require delivery to non-U.K. mainland address charges will vary depending upon the destination. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
1.3 We will try to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales.
1.4 Items ordered for collection using Click & Collect will be prepared as soon as possible. Communications will be sent by Email and Text to confirm the item is ready for collection with an expected collection time by the buyer of up to 7 days post confirmation the item is ready to collect.
1.5 For products listed on our Web Site outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given.
2. Delivery
2.1. You should check your order carefully when it is delivered to you. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you should notify us promptly. We use independent couriers in order to deliver goods to you a quickly and efficiently as possible. We need to hear from you as soon as possible if you believe that your order has been damaged in transit so that we can investigate the matter with our couriers.
2.2. Any product offering a free delivery promotion, will only include the free service within mainland England, and within a radius of our store. Restrictions to specific postcodes will apply. Items will be sent based upon an economy service and may take up to 10 working days.
3. Returns and Exchanges
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE ONLY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.
3.0 If you wish to cancel your order:
3.1 You can contact us via email at cs@funbikes.co.uk or phone on 01664 498 640 and quoting your order reference number.
3.2 You can notify us of your wish to return the goods to us for a full refund or exchange within the first 14 days of receipt, and a further 14 days are given for the goods to be received at our address. Preferably, the goods should be in the original packaging. The cost of returning the item is yours to bear.
3.3 Once we have received the item/s back you will receive a full refund or an exchange for credit for the amount paid. All refunds will be repaid into the same account from which payment was made.
3.4 The rights to return your items will not arise if the item/s have been used, damaged, modified or broken. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.
3.5 If any item is returned to us in a non-saleable condition, we have the right to reduce your refund up to the full purchase price.
3.6 Faulty or Damaged Goods: Online, Phone and Store Purchases.
3.7 You take full responsibility on receipt of the items you have ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if any damage, fault occurs with your item within your warranty period. We may ask you to provide a picture of the damage via email. We will look at sending a replacement part to fix the issue but if a part will not resolve the problem then we will offer a return of the vehicle for a fix. A replacement/refund if deemed damaged beyond repair. A refund will not be offered on any assembly, misuse or wear and tear on the item. Please note that if a replacement is given this may be a refurbished item if the vehicle returned is used.
