The Halo M5 48v 18AH 500w Lithium Electric Scooter
This brand new Halo M5 scooter includes a single 500w 48v brushless motor with a top speed of 40km/h, and an optimum range of 65km, due to the performance of the 48v 18ah lithium battery.
With both front and rear shock absorbers and a large deck, the Halo provides a smooth & comfortable ride and the combined front and rear disc brakes give great stopping power. Also, the Halo is fitted with front, rear and deck side LED lights, as well as functional indicator lights to ensure you are noticed for safety.
Weighing in at just 21kg, the scooter is also foldable for easy storage and transportation.
500w Brushless Hub Motor
The Halo M5 comes with a 500w brushless hub motor, with almost instant throttle response and a top speed of 40km/h the M5 is another level when compared to the standard commuter scooter. With a motor which can take up to 800w, it’s got reliability in mind too, reducing the amount of heat produced, this removes strain off the motor.
48v Lithium 18Ah Battery
Using a high density 18Ah Lithium 48v battery, this scooter can go up to 65km on one charge. Keeping weight down to just 21kg.
Fitted with a bright LCD intelligent display, providing all the necessary information conveniently right on the handlebars.
10 inch Pneumatic Tyres
Providing a great ride and smooth rolling, the 10 inch pneumatic tyres for the 2024 model are puncture resistant and will take uneven road surfaces in their stride.
With lighting mounted on the front and rear, ensuring you can both see and be seen. The Halo M5 also has lighting on the deck itself, which can be operated as indicators ensuring you are noticed for safety.
Front and Rear Shock Absorber
Using both front and rear shock absorbers, the ride is plush and stable. Paired with the large deck and pneumatic tyres, the Halo M5 really does handle any road conditions.

Standard 6 Month Manufacturing Defect Warranty. Unless otherwise stated this product is not designed for Motocross, Mini or BMX tracks and such use will invalidate the warranty. Limitations – Any modification, use of noncertified accessories, water ingress, misuse or incorrect assembly, maintenance or parts installation, or collision damage, will invalidate the warranty. Commercial use is prohibited.
A mechanically able person will be required to carry out the assembly and long-term maintenance of this product. Maintenance will be required to service the bike and fit parts to this product as usage requires. Please consider these requirements before purchasing the item. We do offer a FREE support line where our mechanics will diagnose problems and help you source any required parts, but you will be required to fit those parts and assist in the diagnosis.

1. Dispatch of Your Order
1.1 All goods are subject to availability.
1.2 Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. All delivery charges are shown for items in stock to U.K. mainland addresses only. If you require delivery to non-U.K. mainland address charges will vary depending upon the destination. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
1.3 We will try to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales.
1.4 Items ordered for collection using Click & Collect will be prepared as soon as possible. Communications will be sent by Email and Text to confirm the item is ready for collection with an expected collection time by the buyer of up to 7 days post confirmation the item is ready to collect.
1.5 For products listed on our Web Site outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given.
2.1. You should check your order carefully when it is delivered to you. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you should notify us promptly. We use independent couriers in order to deliver goods to you a quickly and efficiently as possible. We need to hear from you as soon as possible if you believe that your order has been damaged in transit so that we can investigate the matter with our couriers.
2.2. Any product offering a free delivery promotion, will only include the free service within mainland England, and within a radius of our store. Restrictions to specific postcodes will apply. Items will be sent based upon an economy service and may take up to 10 working days.
3. Returns and Exchanges
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE ONLY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.
3.0 If you wish to cancel your order:
3.1 You can contact us via email at email@example.com or phone on 01664 498 640 and quoting your order reference number.
3.2 You can notify us of your wish to return the goods to us for a full refund or exchange within the first 14 days of receipt, and a further 14 days are given for the goods to be received at our address. Preferably, the goods should be in the original packaging. The cost of returning the item is yours to bear.
3.3 Once we have received the item/s back you will receive a full refund or an exchange for credit for the amount paid. All refunds will be repaid into the same account from which payment was made.
3.4 The rights to return your items will not arise if the item/s have been used, damaged, modified or broken. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.
3.5 If any item is returned to us in a non-saleable condition, we have the right to reduce your refund up to the full purchase price.
3.6 Faulty or Damaged Goods: Online, Phone and Store Purchases.
3.7 You take full responsibility on receipt of the items you have ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if any damage, fault occurs with your item within your warranty period. We may ask you to provide a picture of the damage via email. We will look at sending a replacement part to fix the issue but if a part will not resolve the problem then we will offer a return of the vehicle for a fix. A replacement/refund if deemed damaged beyond repair. A refund will not be offered on any assembly, misuse or wear and tear on the item. Please note that if a replacement is given this may be a refurbished item if the vehicle returned is used.
