Zero 10X 60v 21AH 2400w Twin Motor Electric Scooter

The ZERO 10X is a high-performance dual-motor drive, dual suspension e-scooter that brings off-road performance into the urban environment.

This scooter is capable of achieving speeds of up to 65 km/h and boasts a range of 85km on a single charge. With 10" x 3" tyres accompanied by front and rear spring hydraulic suspensions, this scooter easily handles the bumpiest of roads and has fantastic handling and a stable ride.

With performance that outranks all other e-scooters in its price range, the 10X is simply great value for money & a clear alternative to other high-performance e-scooters like the Dualtron.

Dual 1200W hub motors provide a nominal total power output of 2400W and a peak power output of 3600W. The 3600W power output is powered by 2 x 25A speed controllers, with massive heat sinks to dissipate heat as efficiently as possible, maintaining the optimal performance of the e-scooter at all times.

Just staring at the 10X can raise your pulse. Originally designed for off-road riding, this body plan was so successful that the designers adapted the scooter for urban environments.

The first thing to stand out is the striking suspension arms, connecting the wheels to the body. These suspension arms are propped up by twin hydraulic+spring shock absorbers for added comfort. Followed, by the delight of realising both wheels have hub motors that are rider selectable from single to dual drive. By allowing the rider to switch between 2 modes: ECO mode and TURBO mode the rider can extend the range of the scooter by up to 3X when compared to the dual-motor TURBO mode. 

The top speed is 65km/h with an optimum range of 85km.

Weighing in at 35kg, the scooter is also foldable for easy storage and transportation.

Standard 12 Month Manufacturing Defect Warranty. Unless otherwise stated this product is not designed for Motocross, Mini or BMX tracks and such use will invalidate the warranty. Limitations – Misuse and water ingress. Incorrect assembly, maintenance or parts installation including collision damage will invalidate the warranty. Commercial use is prohibited.

1. Dispatch of Your Order

1.1 All goods are subject to availability.

1.2 Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. All delivery charges are shown for items in stock to U.K. mainland addresses only. If you require delivery to non-U.K. mainland address charges will vary depending upon the destination. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

1.3 We will try to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales.

1.4 For products listed on our Web Site outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given.

2. Delivery

2.1. You should check your order carefully when it is delivered to you. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you should notify us promptly. We use independent couriers in order to deliver goods to you a quickly and efficiently as possible. We need to hear from you as soon as possible if you believe that your order has been damaged in transit so that we can investigate the matter with our couriers.

2.2. Any product with free delivery will only include the free service within mainland England. And the items will be sent by economy service and can take up to 7 working days.

3. Returns and Exchanges

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE ONLY

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.

3.0 If you wish to cancel your order:

3.1.1 You can contact us via email at [email protected] or phone on 01664 498 640 and quoting your order reference number.

3.2 You can notify us of your wish to return the goods to us for a full refund or exchange within the first 14 days of receipt, and a further 14 days are given for the goods to be received at our address. Preferably, the goods should be in the original packaging. The cost of returning the item is yours to bear.

3.3 Once we have received the item/s back you will receive a full refund or an exchange for credit for the amount paid. All refunds will be repaid into the same account from which payment was made.

3.4 The rights to return your items will not arise if the item/s have been used, damaged, modified or broken. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.

3.5 If any item is returned to us in a non-saleable condition, we have the right to reduce your refund up to the full purchase price.

3.6 Faulty or Damaged Goods: Online, Phone and Store Purchases.

3.7 You take full responsibility on receipt of the items you have ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if any damage, fault occurs with your item within your warranty period. We may ask you to provide a picture of the damage via email. We will look at sending a replacement part to fix the issue but if a part will not resolve the problem then we will offer a return of the vehicle for a fix. A replacement/refund if deemed damaged beyond repair. A refund will not be offered on any assembly, misuse or wear and tear on the item. Please note that if a replacement is given this may be a refurbished item if the vehicle returned is used.
