The Yugen G2 Master is a premium dual-suspension e-scooter that brings off-road performance into the urban environment.

This scooter is capable of achieving speeds of up to 60 km/h and boasts an optimum range of up to 75km on a single charge.

With performance that outranks all other e-scooters in its price range, the G2 Master is simply great value for money & a clear alternative to other high-performance e-scooters like the Dualtron.

Originally designed for on and off-road riding, this new 2023 model scooter is perfect for a relaxing cruise, but also has a fixed rear footplate for when you want to go for some off-road fun.

The 10 inch rear wheel has a hub drive motor incorporated into the rim. This provides a power output of 2000W. Output is powered by a 25 amp controller, with massive heat sinks to dissipate heat as efficiently as possible, maintaining the optimal performance of the e-scooter at all times. This allows the scooter to climb 20-degree inclines.

Limitations – Any modification, use of noncertified accessories, water ingress, misuse or incorrect assembly, maintenance or parts installation, or collision damage, will invalidate the warranty. Commercial use is prohibited.

1. Dispatch of Your Order

1.1 All goods are subject to availability.

1.2 Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. All delivery charges are shown for items in stock to U.K. mainland addresses only. If you require delivery to non-U.K. mainland address charges will vary depending upon the destination. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

1.3 We will try to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales.

1.4 Items ordered for collection using Click & Collect will be prepared as soon as possible. Communications will be sent by Email and Text to confirm the item is ready for collection with an expected collection time by the buyer of up to 7 days post confirmation the item is ready to collect.

1.5 For products listed on our Web Site outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given.

2. Delivery

2.1. You should check your order carefully when it is delivered to you. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you should notify us promptly. We use independent couriers in order to deliver goods to you a quickly and efficiently as possible. We need to hear from you as soon as possible if you believe that your order has been damaged in transit so that we can investigate the matter with our couriers.

2.2. Any product offering a free delivery promotion, will only include the free service within mainland England, and within a radius of our store. Restrictions to specific postcodes will apply. Items will be sent based upon an economy service and may take up to 10 working days.

3. Returns and Exchanges

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE ONLY

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.

3.0 If you wish to cancel your order:

3.1 You can contact us via email at cs@funbikes.co.uk or phone on 01664 498 640 and quoting your order reference number.

3.2 You can notify us of your wish to return the goods to us for a full refund or exchange within the first 14 days of receipt, and a further 14 days are given for the goods to be received at our address. Preferably, the goods should be in the original packaging. The cost of returning the item is yours to bear.

3.3 Once we have received the item/s back you will receive a full refund or an exchange for credit for the amount paid. All refunds will be repaid into the same account from which payment was made.

3.4 The rights to return your items will not arise if the item/s have been used, damaged, modified or broken. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.

3.5 If any item is returned to us in a non-saleable condition, we have the right to reduce your refund up to the full purchase price.

3.6 Faulty or Damaged Goods: Online, Phone and Store Purchases.

3.7 You take full responsibility on receipt of the items you have ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if any damage, fault occurs with your item within your warranty period. We may ask you to provide a picture of the damage via email. We will look at sending a replacement part to fix the issue but if a part will not resolve the problem then we will offer a return of the vehicle for a fix. A replacement/refund if deemed damaged beyond repair. A refund will not be offered on any assembly, misuse or wear and tear on the item. Please note that if a replacement is given this may be a refurbished item if the vehicle returned is used.
