Chaos X5 48V 1200w 15AH Adult Electric Scooter
The latest addition to the Chaos stable is the dual suspension e-scooter that brings performance to your fingertips.
This twin-motor, 2-wheel drive scooter is capable of achieving speeds of up to 48km/h and boasts an optimum range of up to 35km on a single charge. For real-world use, we'd say more like 25km/16 miles approx.
With decent performance that outranks many other e-scooters in its price range, the Chaos X5 is great value for money & a clear alternative to other high-performance e-scooters like the Yugen when you have a limited budget.
Designed for gentle off-road riding, this new 2023 model scooter comes as standard with a Bluetooth app, 3 gears, and a fixed rear footplate for when you want to go seatless and take this scooter for some off-road fun.

This may be a budget scooter but unbelievably, it boasts a magnesium alloy main chassis.

600w Twin Motors
The 10-inch wheels have hub drive motors incorporated into the rims. This provides a power output of 600w per motor, totaling 1200w. Output is powered by a 25 amp controller, with heat sinks to dissipate heat as efficiently as possible, maintaining optimal performance and allowing the scooter to climb inclines of 22 degrees.
15.0 AH Lithium Battery
The lithium battery is of superior quality to generic lithium cells and provides approximately 10% extra regarding the range/battery life and number of life cycles. It uses a CE-approved BMS.
LCD Intelligent Display
The display includes a battery indicator, speedometer, 3 gear settings, trip mileage, ODO (lifetime mileage), light control, voltage level, electrical current level, and error codes.
Smartphone Bluetooth Connectivity
Connect the Chaos X5 to the app via Bluetooth to activate cruise control and switch between 4 different driving modes. You can also use the app to switch between single and dual motor.

Warranty
Standard 6 Month Manufacturing Defect Warranty. Unless otherwise stated, this product is not designed for Motocross, Mini or BMX tracks and such use will invalidate the warranty. Limitations – Any modification, use of noncertified accessories, water ingress, misuse or incorrect assembly, maintenance or parts installation, or collision damage, will invalidate the warranty. Commercial use is prohibited.
Advice
A mechanically able person will be required to carry out the assembly and long-term maintenance of this product. Maintenance will be required to service the bike and fit parts to this product as usage requires. Please consider these requirements before purchasing the item. We do offer a FREE support line where our mechanics will diagnose problems and help you source any required parts, but you will be required to fit those parts and assist in the diagnosis.

1. Dispatch of Your Order
1.1 All goods are subject to availability.
1.2 Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. All delivery charges are shown for items in stock to U.K. mainland addresses only. If you require delivery to non-U.K. mainland address charges will vary depending upon the destination. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
1.3 We will try to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales.
1.4 Items ordered for collection using Click & Collect will be prepared as soon as possible. Communications will be sent by Email and Text to confirm the item is ready for collection with an expected collection time by the buyer of up to 7 days post confirmation the item is ready to collect.
1.5 For products listed on our Web Site outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given.
2. Delivery
2.1. You should check your order carefully when it is delivered to you. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you should notify us promptly. We use independent couriers in order to deliver goods to you a quickly and efficiently as possible. We need to hear from you as soon as possible if you believe that your order has been damaged in transit so that we can investigate the matter with our couriers.
2.2. Any product offering a free delivery promotion, will only include the free service within mainland England, and within a radius of our store. Restrictions to specific postcodes will apply. Items will be sent based upon an economy service and may take up to 10 working days.
3. Returns and Exchanges
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE ONLY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.
3.0 If you wish to cancel your order:
3.1 You can contact us via email at cs@funbikes.co.uk or phone on 01664 498 640 and quoting your order reference number.
3.2 You can notify us of your wish to return the goods to us for a full refund or exchange within the first 14 days of receipt, and a further 14 days are given for the goods to be received at our address. Preferably, the goods should be in the original packaging. The cost of returning the item is yours to bear.
3.3 Once we have received the item/s back you will receive a full refund or an exchange for credit for the amount paid. All refunds will be repaid into the same account from which payment was made.
3.4 The rights to return your items will not arise if the item/s have been used, damaged, modified or broken. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.
3.5 If any item is returned to us in a non-saleable condition, we have the right to reduce your refund up to the full purchase price.
3.6 Faulty or Damaged Goods: Online, Phone and Store Purchases.
3.7 You take full responsibility on receipt of the items you have ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if any damage, fault occurs with your item within your warranty period. We may ask you to provide a picture of the damage via email. We will look at sending a replacement part to fix the issue but if a part will not resolve the problem then we will offer a return of the vehicle for a fix. A replacement/refund if deemed damaged beyond repair. A refund will not be offered on any assembly, misuse or wear and tear on the item. Please note that if a replacement is given this may be a refurbished item if the vehicle returned is used.
