Mini Moto, Quad, Motard, Dirt Bike 50cc 2-Stroke Race Engine

An uprated performance orientated version of the standard 49cc mini moto engine.
Featuring multiple upgrades from the standard engine which include full circle balanced crank, which generates higher torque and smoother running, ported high compression cylinder with aggressively vented cylinder head for improved cooling, bigger fuel flow carburettor, and performance air filter.
The engine also features a substantial metal pull start, heavy duty clutch housing fitted with 6 tooth pinion and stronger heavy duty clutch. The pull start, clutch housing and air filter have all been colour matched with the cylinder head.
The engine revs approx. 3000 rpm higher than a standard engine, right up to 12000 RPM. A standard mini moto engine is approx. 2.5 HP. This one is nearer 4 HP. The biggest increase isn’t top speed, though it is slightly faster. The real noticeable difference is low down power and acceleration, which is referred to as torque. So this is a high performance high torque engine.
Being a race product we are unable to offer any warranty on this item. The engine will vibrate and you will therefore need to check all fixings for tightness before each use. We also advise as with all mini moto based products that users should have, or know someone with mechanically knowledge as constant maintenance is required. For some mini quads and the MXR 50, you will have to fit the standard black box air filter as there maybe not be enough frame clearance.

If you require delivery to non-U.K. mainland address charges will vary depending upon the destination. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
1.3 We will try to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales.
1.4 Items ordered for collection using Click & Collect will be prepared as soon as possible. Communications will be sent by Email and Text to confirm the item is ready for collection with an expected collection time by the buyer of up to 7 days post confirmation the item is ready to collect.
1.5 For products listed on our Web Site outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given.
2.1. You should check your order carefully when it is delivered to you. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you should notify us promptly. We use independent couriers in order to deliver goods to you a quickly and efficiently as possible. We need to hear from you as soon as possible if you believe that your order has been damaged in transit so that we can investigate the matter with our couriers.
2.2. Any product with free delivery will only include the free service within mainland England. And the items will be sent by economy service and can take up to 7 working days.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE ONLY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.
3.0 If you wish to cancel your order:
3.1.1 You can contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone on 01664 498 640 and quoting your order reference number.
3.2 You can notify us of your wish to return the goods to us for a full refund or exchange within the first 14 days of receipt, and a further 14 days are given for the goods to be received at our address. Preferably, the goods should be in the original packaging. The cost of returning the item is yours to bear.
3.3 Once we have received the item/s back you will receive a full refund or an exchange for credit for the amount paid. All refunds will be repaid into the same account from which payment was made.
3.4 The rights to return your items will not arise if the item/s have been used, damaged, modified or broken. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.
3.5 If any item is returned to us in a non-saleable condition, we have the right to reduce your refund up to the full purchase price.
3.6 Faulty or Damaged Goods: Online, Phone and Store Purchases.
3.7 You take full responsibility on receipt of the items you have ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if any damage, fault occurs with your item within your warranty period. We may ask you to provide a picture of the damage via email. We will look at sending a replacement part to fix the issue but if a part will not resolve the problem then we will offer a return of the vehicle for a fix. A replacement/refund if deemed damaged beyond repair. A refund will not be offered on any assembly, misuse or wear and tear on the item. Please note that if a replacement is given this may be a refurbished item if the vehicle returned is used.
