If you have a cylinder head with two groves down each internal side you will need to change it to this type http://www.funbikes.co.uk/Mini_Dirt_Bike_Cylinder_Head_49cc(65).aspx, otherwise you might suffer heat seizure.
The carb is 1mm bigger than the carb fitted as standard to our kxd/cobra bikes. It is a worthwhile upgrade for all mini dirt bikes. We also sell a 19mm version.
