Quadard Engine - Performance Stage 3

This starts in our workshop as a standard 49cc engine. We then add our Brand New High Performance Cylinder Head, then advance the engine firing time.
This engine produces very high compression, so much so, that we have had to add an alloy pull start complete with alloy cog.
This revs at least 2500 rpm higher than the standard factory spec engines, and produces more power throughout the rev range.
Stage 3 has the addition of our new design cylinder head, high performance ported piston, highly polished stainless steel head bolts fitted with anti vibration washers.
We also add our Carbon Fibre Racing Reeds and timing advance key to bring you............. 'one-hell-of-a-power plant'
Picture shows 2 shoe custom clutch, not included unless purchased separately.
NEW OWNERS PLEASE NOTE : This engine must be run-in for 3 tanks of fuel at 25-1.
